Meet Chef

A uniquely well-rounded hospitality professional who takes pride in creating food with profound creativity & integrity. Arthur is a classically trained chef having completed his apprenticeship in some of the best restaurants that Ireland has to offer. After his time abroad, Arthur was part of the opening team for The Ocean House, a triple Forbes Five Star property in Watchill, Rhode Island.

Arthur then began a 5-year tenure with The Lambs Club, located in Midtown Manhattan under the guidance of Chef Geoffrey Zakarian. Arthur worked his way from Sous Chef to Chef de Cuisine, & eventually Executive Chef of The Lambs Club by the age of 25. During his time at The Lambs Club, the restaurant was recommended by the Michelin guide & earned 4 Stars from the Forbes Travel Guide.

Upon completion of his time in New York City, Arthur moved back to his home state of Rhode Island & landed in Newport where he began his journey as Chef de Cuisine of The New York Yacht Club. After establishing his roots at The New York Yacht Club, Arthur took over operations as the Executive Chef. He was Executive Chef for 4 years serving its members & some of the world’s most prestigious sailing professionals. Arthur graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, & currently resides in Richmond, Rhode Island with his wife & fellow hospitality professional Jenna.
